We are...
... the Innerkofler family from Sesto/Sexten in the beautiful Alta Pusteria valley. We, that is Milena and Alfred, son and chef Dominik, and Kathrin with the two children Luis and Sofia, as well as son Fabian.
Alfred brought his enthusiasm for gastronomy into the family, and so 23 years ago, we fulfilled a dream by taking over the Dreischusterhütte in the Innerfeldtal in the Sesto Dolomites. With Milena by his side, the enthusiasm for the hospitality industry steadily grew.
When our first son Dominik was born in 1999, it was soon clear where his path would lead. Already at the age of 2, he wished for a small toy kitchen; cooking was and still is his great passion. Later, he attended the Hotel Management School in Bressanone/Brixen and completed his cooking apprenticeship at the 5-star Hotel Monika in Sexten. The South Tyrolean Culinary Association crowned him "Best Young Chef" in 2019.
